I typically get my hair cut here for the last 2ish years. Almost three. Today I arrived just over half an hour before close with no one waiting and the stylists just chatting. I was very rudely informed that unless I checked in online they weren’t accepting any walk-ins. I more than understand not wanting to work with a mere 30 mins left in your day, but it’s kinda your job. (Not to mention there was no reason to be rude) Unfortunately, I will be finding another place to have my hair cut.

Today is Sunday May 14, 2017. Since today is a holiday, Mothers Day, I looked on the website to see what the stores hours are. There was no indication that the store would be closed or closing early. Hours posted were 12-5. I arrived around 3:30 only to find the doors locked and no form of communication to other customers informing them of the stores closing. This is very unprofessional and I've now deemed your business unreliable. Very dissapointing as I have been a frequent and loyal customer for many years.
