I checked in on-line at 3:45 and it said a 68 minute wait. Arrived at 4:45 sign said would be another 22 minutes. When my turn came the stylist begged me to give her 5 to 10 mins to do something with some other employees. I stated I would walk down to CVS and get a prescription and be right back. I left at 6pm without a hair cut. I WILL NOT be returning. Several others walked out or complained about wait times and/or their names just being dropped of the list while still waiting. One of the stylist stated "It does that when your name has been up there so long." POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
